Screw Your Buddy ("the App") is published by PayBack Fitness, LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with your use of the App.2. Information We Collect
a) Information You Provide
Player Name: You may optionally enter a name to display during gameplay. This name is stored locally on your device only and is never transmitted to our servers.
b) Information Collected Automatically by AdMob
The App integrates Google AdMob to serve non-personalized (contextual) advertisements. For these ads, AdMob may process:
• IP address (used to approximate coarse location and serve contextually relevant ads)
• Device type and operating system
• Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)
The App does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA) for tracking and does not serve personalized ads.
c) Locally Stored Data
The following is stored solely on your device and is never transmitted to us:
• Game statistics (wins, losses, placement history)
• App settings and preferences (music, sound, AI speed, card deck, language)
• Flames and rewards progress3. How We Use Information
We do not collect or use your personal data directly. Data collected by Google AdMob is used to display relevant advertisements, measure ad performance, and prevent fraud.4. Third-Party Services
The App uses Google AdMob for advertising. Google's use of data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.5. Children's Privacy
The App is rated 9+ and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The App serves only non-personalized advertising and does not use IDFA-based tracking. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will address it.6. Data Retention and Deletion
All data stored by the App (game stats, settings, progress) is kept locally on your device. You can delete this data at any time by uninstalling the App.7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data, including:

• The right to request deletion of your data
• The right to opt out of personalized advertising
To opt out of personalized advertising on iOS, go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising and disable "Personalized Ads."8. Security
